Where’s the best place to find classy bridesmaids dresses on a budget? (<£100)?

I’m having four bridesmaids and my parents have a tight budget on their dresses. I’d like some chic cocktail dresses; where should I start looking on the high street? Also would you buy all matching shoes for them?
Does lightinthebox.com deliver to the UK? Had a quick look at the site, looks good.
