i want to lose 3 stones for my wedding and be a size 10 -12?
I am currently following the core plan on weight watchers and exercising at the gym three times a week! ive stopped eating bread and white rice and pasta and switched to the healthier versions of rice and pasta and only eating limited amounts ! eating my five a day…well more like 8 a day and drinking water but I dont appear to be losing a lot of weight. I only lost 1lb last week which is pitiful I still enjoy a drink or two and have cut back drastically to what I was drinking before as well
I only have 6 months until the big day and I have my first dress fitting in 6 weeks could anyone please give me any dieting or weight watchers (core plan only) inspired tips please!
No I dont want to take pills or potions they dont work by the way!
