i’ll be going to a wedding at the end of this month (January) in London. my dress is knee-length– (dark deep navy, satin). what shoes/shoes should i wear? (color, type, etc).
i want to make it a bit more casual (don’t want to take over the bride’s day), but i want to still look elegant and am concerned about comfort (hoping the heels aren’t too slippery since i walk really slow in them).. i’ll be looking for a cardigan too, but once i figure out what color shoes (and if it should be opened or closed toe), i will find a matching color cardigan. what do you suggest? please be as specific as possible. =) thanks so much
by the way, i’m really small. i’m a petite 5 feet & 1/2 inches–if that helps.
oops. i noticed some typos. so sorry!
white gold, yellow gold? single stone? Pave? side shoulders? im just interested in the kind of rings people like! thanks.
Hiya, i am not the biggest fan of flowers in general (they mostly remind me of funerals!:-) so i am looking for flowers for my wedding that are cheerful, fun and not too serious. I saw these lovely ones in Oz last year, singapore orchids- they were turquoise at the base and came out purple at the top- sooo unusual! I want to have my bridesmaids in Turquoise or Teal and am getting married in December. I live in Ireland & have no idea what is in season or maybe i could get them shipped over by interflora? Any advice is really appreciated:)
My partner and I are getting married and I am totally confused about licences etc. We want a civil ceramony as niether of us are religious, but I am unsure of whether or not we need a licence for this? Is it a civil ceramony that is performed in a registry office (or other places like hotels etc)? Are there different types?
