I’m going to a summer wedding and I want to wear a dress. I’ve NEVER worn one before and don’t know what style suits me.
My chest is size 16 but my bottom half is 14. I want a style that’s flattering without making my top half look enormous or my bottom half looking swamped.
The only part of my body I’m ever happy with is my legs so I’d like something short (just above knee height) and I like floaty skirts, not tight.

Any help? I know I’m obviously quite fussy but I don’t want to look any bigger than I am!!
Forgot to say…
I’ve got an hourglass figure, so I’d rather emphasize my waist and definitely NOT my hips!
If anyone can posts links to pics or anything so I can get some idea, that’d be great!

i have to go to a wedding in 1 months time my partner is the best man so i gota look good lol
but i have no idea what to wear i keep finding dresses that are summer day types that i could wear anyday and prom sort of dresses and i dont no if i could get away with wearing a prom sort of dress????. its quite a posh do. im size 10 and 20years old, could anyone give me any pictures to get an idea of what to look for???
