Okay so we’re 5 bridesmaids in all including the maid of honor (myself)
For the engagement party, we were planning on buying a gift altogether
So price is really not a problem, unless it exceeds 100$ per bridesmaids
meaning budget = 500$
but mothers of the bride and groom want to buy a gift with us as well so the budget just never ends.

what kind of gifts can we buy them?
Our mother wanted to buy a very good BBQ because they have a really tiny one that barely works and they love love looove receiving and making BBQs
A bridesmaid though of buying a wine cooler but i find it is a waste of space since they don’t drink much wine and they probably have 3 bottles in their home max.
Another bridesmaid thought of a whole new luggage set since they’re leaving on a cruise and they always borrow someones luggage when they leave for vacation….
They love the outdoors as well but we want the gift to be related to the wedding
For example, the ideas mentioned above, besides the luggage, don’t have anything really that relate to a wedding
i do get the last word on the gift because i am the sister of the bride and we are very close, i am also the maid of honor. I am also almost 18 and i’ve never been to a shower, engagement, or wedding in the past
