! am making a friends wedding cake. she does not want a fuit cake and I know that the cake will take me at least a couple of weeks to decorate and it will not be in the fridge all this time. Any ideas for recipes that will keep or get better with age?
I know cakes will keep frozen, what I am asking for is a cake that will keep during the time that I am decorating it. So it cannot be in the fridge or freezer.
