Should i wear a wedding dress at the registrar office?

Im getting married…Woohoo! 
I wanted to know if any one else has wore the “big” dress for a registrar office. (I don’t want to look silly.)

Loads of people wear a ‘proper’ wedding dress to a registry office ‘do’, and it is not even slightly unusual. I worn a traditional dress but not ‘big’ as I am not that kinda girl and didn’t get married until my late thirties after having my kids.
You won’t look at all silly, so get frock hunting!

Congratulations!!! It’s entirely up to you what you wear on your big day. Lots of people wear a wedding dress for a registry office wedding. Good luck
its your day! you wear whatever you feel the best in, be it jeans and a t-shirt or a full white dress with a cathedral train. The reg office is a small part of your day, but also the most important – you want to take your hubby to be’s breath away. Have fun finding ‘the’ dress.
You won’t look silly! its you wedding for goodness sake wear what you want. =]
You can do what makes u feel like a bride. You can do the big wedding dress shopping , they make dresses in all lengths. I wouldn’t go ball puffy style, but you can get all the beading and sparkles you want.
Also its prom season so you can find a nice white prom dress that looks like a wedding dress.
Ok from personal experience, I did this… I wore a dress, had flowers, my husband wore a suit. People were staring and to be honest, although it was our wedding day, i felt a little embarrassed and silly.
Congratulations! I got married 2 months ago .I wore a big dress and had a civil ceremony.
( husband fell over my train but it would have happened in a church too!!)
You can honestlyh wear whatever you want, if you want the full works with bridesmaids, best man, maid of honour then go for it. Your wedding will be depicted in photographs so have the one you want and knock them dead !!!
