My wedding video was recorded as an IFO file. How can I make it a MPEG or better format?

Our wedding video is chapter in this long video file and I do not know how to edit it. Is there an editor that can view/recognize an IFO file?

there’s a freeware program u can download off internet called DVD DECRYPTER.. once u install it click on mode.. select IFO.. then select write.. burn ur movie

perhaps a program called nero may help
The avi try googling dvd file simple dvd converters in google hope this helps.
