Our wedding is in 2009. The venue and most things are booked. For number reasons we need to know who roughly can attend and who can’t soon.

Is there cards you can send to let people know they are invited in advance, so they can book time off/holidays to come or they can write back saying they won’t make it.

We don’t want to send proper invites until nearer the time.

Im hoping to have a cheap wedding and have found the hampton by hilton on the internet but im not 100% confident in the venue and was wondering if any one else has used the hotel before or knew of any other venue in the area.
