I’m getting married on tuesday.. i am absolutely terrified! i am a shy, insecure, unconfident person in general so the thought of walking down an aisle and speaking in front of people is just a horrible prospect for me!
we are getting married in a registry office which is better than a church for the nerves but i am still very scared.. does anyone have any success stories for wedding nerves? i want to believe that on the day it will all be fine but i don’t believe that!
I also have emetophobia (fear of being sick) so that’s another thing.. i’m concerned i will get so scared on the day that i’ll throw up! i’ve never done that from nerves before but then again.. i’ve never been married before!! i’m just so scared, by the way.. i have no doubts in my mind that i want to marry this man.. i just really do not want to do the ceremony bit!

My partner and i are planning to get married in the next year. As much as i am so looking forward to this special day, i am starting to get very worried .. I do not have any family except my son from the first marriage so when i picture my wedding day with so many people from my partner’s side and no one from my side makes me very upset and i am wondering what to do. I have a few friends but that’s all work related and i don’t think i want them on my wedding day as i am not so close to them. Should we have a simple wedding without guests, only his parents or maybe just two friends and no family?I am not dreaming of a huge wedding reception, i just want it to be special. Has anyone had similar situation? Please help…
