This was a ‘passing’ game played at Christmas parties in the 50′s. I can only remember afew of the lines: ’3 thick thumping tigers taking tea together’ was one. It went up to 12 I think. The ‘THIS’ was usually something very small. like a pen top, that could be hidden in your hand and passed secretly from person to person. Failure to remember the lines, or to pass ‘THIS’ on resulted in forfeights which were usually hilarious. If you don’t remember this game, your granparents might.

Im cheif bridesmaid and the bride to be has decided to leave her fancy dress option up to me. Also were having a weekend away so i was thinking of putting together a party bag type thing with head bands, badges, sashes, glow sticks, etc. Now would it be wrong for me to ask the hens to pay a bit each for these bags so we all match and towards to brides fancy dress as i couldnt pay for it all myself!!!!!
