1) First, you will need a diet plan, and a good one. Successful diet plans usually let you eat a much as you like, but they stress the approach of “what, and when, to eat”. And this is not without a reason. Many researches have shown that eating more in many cases can result in losing more pounds, no matter how strange this might look at first. To lose weight before your wedding, diet is a must.

 

2) You will need to move more than usually. If you aim to lose weight before your wedding, this can be an additional workout a week, o just some more walking instead of driving a car. Just a small tip if you choose exercising: short but more frequent exercises work best. It can be as short as 5 minutes everyday, a fast dance or exercise can really make a difference which you can notice as soon as in one week!

 

3) Believe in yourself. You can, and definitely will lose weight before your wedding! See yourself slimmer, and imagine your new body – imagine your wedding with no overweight. Belief can do miracles! How will you lose weight before your wedding if you do not believe you can do this? For the start, try to set some time in the morning and in the evening, this can be just 10 minutes each time, to imagine your dream wedding – and see yourself thinner! After a few days, you will start noticing yourself thinking of it during the day, without even planning!

Weight loss is one of the main priorities for both brides and grooms to be. Losing weight can be a challenge, but it is possible to succeed with a wedding diet plan. In this article I want to share with you a diet for wedding weight loss plan that will help you lose as much as 20 pounds in just a few short weeks. If you follow these steps then you can have a sexier, more fit build before your wedding day!

The Diet for Wedding Weight Loss Plan

1. You must exercise, and make exercise entertaining. Some people simply enjoy exercise, but for the vast majority of people (myself included) it is an activity that we tend to avoid. If you do not like exercising, then you must find a way to spice things up a bit. One exercise that I enjoy doing is running around the house with my dog (which is a great wedding weight loss tip). It seems a little odd, but it is a great workout and burns calories quite quickly! If you don’t have a dog it’s not a problem, just find something you enjoy doing and do it at a more “up tempo” pace!

2. As far as a diet for wedding weight loss is concerned, you must focus on getting enough protein in your diet. This can be accomplished by drinking protein shakes in the morning. In addition to this, make sure that you also focus your efforts on eating 4 or 5 small meals per day as opposed to eating 2 or 3 large meals. Studies have shown time and time again that eating more small meals helps burn calories. It is also important to note that these do not have to be true meals, but can just be a healthy snack of some sort.

The key with any diet for wedding weight loss is to make sure that you do something on a daily basis that is contributing to your weight loss. That is what I did, and I was able to shed over 50 pounds in just a few short months!

9 THINGS YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW FOR WEDDING WEIGHT-LOSS

There are so many WEDDING DIETS out there……what do you do?????

I know you want to look your VERY BEST for your WEDDING, but it’s not worth it to do a CRASH DIET, and then gain all the weight back plus more!!!

So what do you do????

Here are 9 things you can start doing today that will help you with your WEDDING DIET.  I promise if you follow these wedding weight-loss tips you will see immediate changes in your body.

Wedding Weight-Loss Tips to start losing weight NOW:

• Cut out all whole-wheat and flour products: instead, try spelt products such as Ezekiel breads and substitute brown rice pasta for wheat pasta.

• Cut out dairy products: you can still add a bit of lite cheese to a salad or veggies, but don’t chug a glass of milk in the morning or have a bowl of cereal.

• Cut out sugar and processed foods: there are so many healthy snacks that you can make and use when you are out and about with your wedding errands. I have a ton of ideas and recipes on my site. They are delicious and simple to make.

• Cut out sodium: use salt free seasonings and fresh herbs to season your foods instead of high sodium marinades and sauces.

• Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water: no gatorades, juices, sodas.

• Cut out the carbohydrate out of your last meal: Eat salad, veggies and protein.

• Alternate a Normal Carb Consumption day with a No-Carb Consumption day: for more details on this check out my site.

• Perfom at least 4 days of 30 minute interval cardio sessions.

• Perform 3 Full body Weight-training workouts.
