I already bought a beautifull dress but it’s a bit tight, the truth is that I love chocolate and cakes and it’s rather difficult to follow a diet. I need to lose weight quickly. Someone knows about an miraculous diet?

I’ve always been quite fit and healthy but since dieting for my wedding in January, I’ve kind of let things slip! I’ve joined a gym and I’ve had a programme put together which I intend to stick to. I also had a full fitness check done so I know what I need to improve on! Now I just need to do it. My goal is to loose one stone by Christmas! They gym isn’t a problem for me, I used to go and I enjoy it and will go at least twice a week so motivation there is fine. What I struggle with is food!!! Particularly my sweet tooth which can quite happily devour a bag of choccies or a whole box of cakes if the mood takes me!! This is mainly a problem at work when I’m bored the temptation takes hold. So I’m just looking for tips of staying focused and avoiding this temptation. Is there anything I can do to help?
